No one knew how to connect me to internet. I asked for bedding for the sofa bed. I received one sheet and a blanket and pillow. Had to ask for an additional sheet incorrect charges on my bill that the desk corrected. It is nothing like the Westin in Nashville, Tennessee. It was so disappointing.

The room was handicap accessible and not what I wanted, especially since I wanted a tub and large shower. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. House keep never came to my room to give service. We were scheduled for 2 nights, 3 days. The elevators were not cleaned and the staff was not very helpful. This hotel was remodeled but the service is not worth it. I asked to speak with a manager my entire stay but still left with a bad taste in my mouth."
