When trying to check in Hilton could not find the reservation. The price was hike up to $125 more.

I had absolutely no issues with the property the manager on duty took care of us after Travelocity had not actually booked our room think thank god the hotel was not booked for the night so we had rooms!!

They had no free parking so we had to pay 38 for valet service that we didn't use. It would have been nice to have a shuttle service to take us to the venue we were going to

We had to wait 1 1/2hour to check in waiting in lounge. We got there at 3 pm check in time and didn’t get into room til 445.

Downtown hosted quite a number of events that weekend including 3 Tigers home games, and a Lions home game as well as several concerts and various shows. Many guests attending these events came to check-in around the same time which caused the delay. We hope our service would bring you back to see us again.
