"Arlo Midtown was a perfect stay for a girls trip. We had the room with the double beds with the terrace (a surprise for my friends!). We lucked out with it being really warm so the terrace was wear we spent the majority of the time. I highly recommend if you can snag a room with the terrace, do it! The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained. There was a nice blend of tech technological upgrades (fancy key readers for the elevators) blended with analog touches (classic book-style menus in the onsite restaurant). The staff was extremely helpful especially Danny who was able to get us checked in early. The room was fabulous with comfy beds, a nice sized bathroom with a rain shower head, and huge windows to take in a really good view. My only complaint would be the mini fridge being extremely small (a literal drawer) as it is built into the console/clothing rail storage piece able to fit in the room. And yes, there are shades to cover up the windows if you prefer a little privacy. The rooftop bar, ART Midtown, was amazing. The views were stunning and the food was just as awesome. Definitely get the quesadillas! The restaurant, Altair, was as equally delicious. Be prepared to pay as the prices for both places are well within the range of NYC pricing. If you are an exploratory eater, the hotel is right in the heart of some really good places including Cafe Aroma on the corner. We all really enjoyed our stay here and have already talked about coming back."

"Hi unfortunately it’s was a bad experience in this hotel the room was much smaller than shows me the room has not refrigerator coffee maker and when I asked for hot water at the kitchen they said we don’t have the front desk was very rude unbelievable the bathroom has no fan to suck The smell is bad. It was the worse’s experience in my life.👎👎"

"Love the location - right in the heart of it. The rooms have modern decor and are extremely spacious for NYC. Every interaction I had with staff was so nice. They’re friendly and extremely helpful.
