DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE. This is the WORSE HOTEL EVER. I filed a complaint with corporate over the treatment we received here. The hotel is not well maintained. At some point during the night the air conditioning went out in the building. We called to get it fixed, and SHASTA, told us the power was out. BULL. There was power in the room. There was power through the hotel. There was power at other stores. We informed her of this and she said well it's out just some places. We asked her for maintenance. She said no. WE asked for a different room. SHe said her computer was down. That girl had a lie for everything. She just didn't want to do anything. WE decided it was better to leave at 4 a.m. and drive 3 hrs home instead of staying in a hot hotel where the staff wouldn't do anything.

I called and let them know we were going to have a late check in. When they got there they had given away our 2 queen double bed and "upgraded" us to a king with a pull out. I had listed on my reservation that I had 3 adults and 1 child. The pull out sucked and was not appropriate for an adult. It didn't feel like an upgrade.

The property was very clean. Found a couple of hairs in the shower. But Lysol spray killed that. Overall property very clean 👌

First I would like to say the staff that I delt with tried very hard and were great and friendly. The hotel it's self was not good. The room was small, the bathroom was so small you had to back in to sit and do your business. There was no counter space to put toiletries, the fan didn't work, the sink didnt drain properly. The electrical outlets were wore out you couldn't plug anything in with out it falling back out of the outlets. The tv. picture was snowy , the channels numbers didn't match the guide they gave you on the schedual. The curtains had broken hooks. The lights weren't very bright. I could go on about the breakfast room and how they lock the lobby up over night . They had two handiecap parking spots that i saw in the whole paring lot.

Great Value

Pros: Clean
Cons: Ketchup for the eggs at breakfast
Location: It was just an overnight stay
This hotel is a great value and it's right off the HWY so no time wasted after a long day of traveling. The rooms are a little tired but they are clean. The little things were a miss, we wanted to have a glass of wine in our room but the front desk could find the corkscrew. When I asked about it in the morning, the day clerk pulled it right out. The breakfast was good, but no ketchup for the eggs. I would recommend the hotel as it's a great value.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean. Very nice room. Water temperature of shower great .Did not have breakfast. Great place to stay with pet.

value for the money

we had a confortable stay, the convinence was excellent,, right on the exit,, many restaurants around it....loved the on-site 24hr restaurant,, nice room, good breakfast,, great staff
