Beautiful place!!

Enjoyed our stay very much while in town visiting our son and daughter-in-law! The place is beautiful and conveniently located. Our host Harold was very responsive. Highly recommend and will stay again!!

Upscale Gem For Two Couples

My husband and I spent a fabulous week here with another couple. The decor and king beds made it feel like we were staying at a swanky resort. Great work spaces for those of us that needed to work remotely. Friendly, clean and quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to downtown Durham. Harold was very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again. neighborhood

Lots of steep steps

To get to the bedroom from the front door you have to climb 33 steep steps. For us 80 year olds lugging suitcases up was a chore. The listing mentioned “steps” but we weren’t prepared for 2 steep flights. The condo was clean and well furnished; beds were comfortable and the shower was great. We used the kitchen sparingly but there was everything we needed there. There were plenty of towels and linens and pillows, but we had to pillage for some soap.
