Relax with your morning coffee on the large lanai before heading out to enjoy your Kauai day. This condo has a fully equipped, up to date kitchen with new black and stainless cooktop stove, Blender, toaster, rice cooker - steamer and crock pot. Newly tiled walk in shower, bathroom and vanity. This unit provides a Reserved Parking Space. Beach chairs and cooler are also included. The host was accommodating and fast at responding. The condo amenities were great and then condo itself was very very clean with cute decorations. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking and nicely organized. The bed was huge and comfortable and the shower was newly done. Having an in unit laundry was convenient and came in handy. This condo was perfect for our eight day getaway! Very well stocked kitchen. We loved having a washer and dryer, especially after hiking the Nā Pali Coast during a rain/mud storm! There were even a few seasonings in the kitchen and enough detergent to do multiple loads of laundry. What a blessing! We also loved the outdoor covered lanai to eat our tropical fruit for breakfast!The one thing to improve on would be a softer bed and/or topper and upgrade the pillows.The pool and hot tub were fantastic! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great home base for your north shore adventures

Communication and check in was easy and straightforward. Property was clean and well maintained. Great location in Princeville. Be sure to read the listing carefully as there is no A/C (which we were aware of), but the fans do a pretty good job keeping things cool. Would recommend as a home base for your north shore adventures.
