Beautiful very remote property with great facilities and excellent staff. Several small issues and one big one. 1) No microwave, alarm clock or tv. 2)Wet bar with refrigerator, no silverware or dishware 3) Deal breaker NO RESTARAUNT ON SITE FUNCTIONING which they avoid telling you until after you arrive. One restaraunt in town a ways away and awful!!! (Staff was nice) expensive resort, cafeteria level restaraunt.

Stunning view of the ocean. Room was not considered an "ocean front" but we had a full view of the ocean from our room. Staff was amazing and did everything to make our stay that much more enjoyable. We even stayed an extra day. Food was 5 stars and then some.

Beautiful place to stay. So peaceful and quiet . We were met in reception, after a long day of driving the Road to Hana, with a refreshing drink and a warm lemon face wash. The room was wonderful. Would love to go back next time for a longer stay.

Very comfortable and peaceful

We stayed in an ocean bungalow for 4 nights. The price was pretty steep but I feel that I got my money's worth. There are no beaches on property but there are some accessible from the Hana Highway. Our favorite things were the daily activities, many of them free, provided by the resort. The on sight restaurants were pricey, but there were numerous interesting food trucks in the Hana area. The staff, which are mostly locals, are friendly and helpful. Hana is a very interesting area to visit. I put this trip and hotel under category of bucket list things to do.

Very nice surroundings

Location: Road to Hana, beach, exercise circuit and walking around the grounds.
Beautiful place with incredible grounds. Unfortunately we only stayed one night. One thing that pleased us greatly was that there was no TV or clock in the room. It really pointed out that your here to experience the area and puts you on Maui time. The room was spacious and well appointed. We had traveled the southern section of the road to Hana and were exhausted by the time we got there and had to leave early in the morning. So we were not able to take advantage of all the hotel had to offer. The staff was incredible and attentive. If you are traveling the road to Hana you really need to break it into at least two days and this is a great place to take that break. Sound of the ocean, beautiful sunrise, a nice way to break up the stressful drive. On the down side, sounds from the neighboring units were very clear. This seemed odd since the units are not all that close to each other and the neighbors were not being that loud. Maybe a sound engineer could figure out a solution. The sounds quieted down at a reasonable time and we had a great nights sleep.
