The rooms were clean and well kept, and the staff was very friendly and hospitable. The only thing I had a problem with was the $25 daily fee for parking and the $25 fee for daily activities, such as feeding the koi. That increased our cost for the stay by $350. If this was known upfront I may have chosen a different hotel that was $350 higher than the Hilton.

Ocean view was nice and under impression that there was a balcony. Placed by pool which late night guests were using and noisy. No non slip mat in tub, and had to hold on several times to rail as we entered (very slippery).

Needed 1 extra night on the island after being at another hotel prior. The Hilton was less than half the price of my other hotel and while it was more modest it got the job done and thought it was good value for what I paid and given prices for hotels in the area in general. It was a little dated but room was clean, bed was comfortable and the pool area was nice. Also location a swimmable beach was really nice.

Roaches in my room that I did not bring there. At first the staff worker did not want to change my room. But finally she did and the new room was better and no roaches. I think she could have been nicer about it. We had killed many roaches since we had arrived.

Rooms were recently (2019?) renovated and are well-appointed and clean. Lobby was nice and hotel is situated on a great beach with snorkeling and boogie boarding available. Outdoor Tiki Bar was nice and afforded great views…however, both pools were extremely small and not inviting. Hilton would be well-served by demolishing the huts and putting in a tower and a resort-style pool.
