Staff is not friendly at all. We were assigned a dirty room so we have to walk back to the reception desk and wait in line. Staff did not even apologize for the mix up. Room is dingy and awful. Will not return even for a free stay.

The room as well as the hotel was dirty. Room had old dust & dirt in corners, stains on the carpet, and a wobbly faucet in the bathroom. 623 rooms in the hotel and we could only see 5 rooms at night with lights on! Made us wait 50 minutes to check in because we were 50 minutes before 3:00--we sat and waited while no one checked in. We were charged $100 for add'l deposit which was not fully refunded. No restaurant--just a take-out kitchen. Pool closed. Unprofessional check-in/out at front desk. Their "resort fee" of $43.88 added an additional insult to an already dismal experience. My advice is to stay in Las Vegas even though it is more expensive. This hotel is a joke, although not funny at all. Horrible experience!!! Hotels.com risks an otherwise healthy reputation by even offering this miserable hotel as a viable option for travelers. Hotels.com should drop them as an offering.
