Wonderful Stay

The location was great! Easy walking access to the many quaint and unique shops, restaurants and much more. The staff was always friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable and the on-site restaurant, Alto was excellent. A great place to start your day with breakfast, end your day on the beautiful outside terrace with a cocktail ( or mock tail ) When booking a room definitely request one with a view of the bay. If you’re a morning person you can enjoy your morning coffee with a breathtaking sunrise. We have been here multiple times and we are never disappointed.

Convenient location, comfortable, quiet, and very clean rooms, good food, friendly helpful staff. Shout out to Tim. We enjoyed our multiple day stay and would choose this hotel again. There were some staff shortage issues that affected breakfast service one day. The patio/garden area is nicely landscaped. Food was consistently good. Pasta dinner night of arrival was scrumptious. Highly recommend the avocado toast for breakfast or lunch.

Great downtown option

Great location, about a 10- minute walk to the touristy Old Port area of town. Very clean, modern look, with 'smart" mirrors in the bathroom. Comfortable beds. Good AC. Friendly staff. Be aware that there is a $25 per-day facilities fee charged on top of the room rate, and parking is $40 per night.

We went with our dog. Great location, we were on the sixth floor and had great views of the water in a very accessible party of the city near trails to the beach and city. Will book here next time we go to Portland.

The hotel was charming and very clean. I really enjoyed all the amenities, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My only downside was the added resort fee and the mandatory daily valet parking fee.
