The room is old and needs updating. Very humid in the room with mold around the tub, and the wallpaper coming down. Sink wouldn't drain. Staff was unfriendly.

The bed felt like a concrete slab and I couldn’t sleep. Made my body ache. AC unit kept turning on and off all night and was loud in addition to the very uncomfortable bed. Won’t ever come back to this hotel again…won’t be able to sleep from the terrible ache inducing bed mattress.

Excellent location - lots of room and very clean - staff were very helpful. Maintenance and the good morning came to my rescue when washing and drying my clothes at the facility. High tech dryer and washer wouldn’t take my card. Nonetheless, the staff helped after seeing I was upset. The morning coffee bar always had fresh coffee available and they had the best breakfast of any hotel chains I’ve stayed at recently!

Breakfast could be little better. We end up skipping 2 days and 1 day just had cereal. Could not get plain bengal all had was cinnamon raisin, only eggs were made to be omelette, sausage was chicken, ok but limited some of us. Room was very clean like that did not have carpet, customer service was get. We came in and TV did not work had someone in the room in 5 minutes and the gentleman had TV fixed and working. Everyone was very polite
