Excellent breakfast options, best hotel coffee I’ve ever had. Rooms were clean, loved the shampoo. Conditioner, and lotion available for use. Staff was friendly when we locked ourselves out of our room, and beds were super comfy.

They are still doing construction to the building but we didnt hear any of it. This is a very nice place. We woumd definitely stay here again. The pool / hot tub is very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property is under renovations but it is beautiful. Our renovated room was absolutely wonderful. The construction that took place during the day was well managed, all construction crews were very well mannered and very efficient. The staff were very polite and gave great service. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend staying at this property

This property was under construction during the visit. You could only enter the indoor pool from out side. Elevator was always dirty from construction workers, need to be kept up Breakfast room had construction dust. My mistake was to stay at a facility that was under construction. Thinking that the remnants of construction dust would be under control. Workers equipment very close to the back door 😔

My family & i got to the hotel very late. The front desk clerk was very nice & helpful. We didnt realize that the hotel was under renovations! The room was very clean & in order. But the public spaces were very obvious under renovation. Im glad that the construction didnt cause us any troubles. Breakfast was good with several options.

This was our first time in Pigeon Forge. This Hampton in is conveniently located with the ability to walk to most places . We always stay at Hampton inns but this one my only complaint would be the size of our room . We had only one chair to sit and it was rather small compared to all the others we have stayed in . Also we were on 5th floor and hot water was not to hot ! I like hot showers . It was not cold but me and my husband would say they need to update hot water ! Staff was friendly as usual and breakfast was delicious! It has nice pools 2 out , one is like a splash pool for kids and then inside they had one too so this is great with kids ! Still clean , safe and friendly!
