Overall, our stay was great. However, the reason we came was to rest and relax by ourselves without our preteen children. Unfortunately, the sofa was extreemly uncomfortable and the hot tub leaked so bad I had to top it off twice. No comfortable place to sit/relax and constantly worried about the hot tub motor burning up hindered our relaxation. On the plus side, the bed was slept great and the kitchen was nice. Would love to stay again as long as these issues were fixed.
