"Perfect experience"
Retro hotel that offers all the modern amenities. Awesome pool, comfortable rooms, great bar/lounge with tons of different seating options. Lunched on our last day in the restaurant while we listened to live music. Everything was perfect!

"Overnight stay"
This was my first stay at this hotel which I found through Travelocity. The resort was very modern. The rooms were clean and spacious. We stayed in a junior suite. We arrived early and were able to check in early which was great. The negatives were the check in staff's attitudes. Not too friendly but also not completely rude. There was no hot water in the room sinks and the air conditioning did not work. The bedroom was stuffy and too warm and the front room was cool. Fortunately I traveled with a small portable fan which I was able to use while sleeping. The other crazy thing was when we went to breakfast and came back we were locked out of our rooms. Had to return to the lobby and get new card keys only to turn around again and check out. Made no sense. Also had to request complete set of towels. The positives were the nice rooms, comfortable bed, free snacks, free breakfast with excellent food at the onsite restaurant.

"Treated like Royalty!"
This a beautiful hotel located on Mill Ave in Tempe. The staff is always available to assist with any needs you may have. The courtyard is meticulously landscaped and the orange and towering palm trees are a great touch. There is a fireplace outside of the bar area and one out side in the courtyard that makes a cool evening a great place to huddle with your honey. The restaurant serves an amazing breakfast buffet or have the chef create a fantastic omelet. If your going to stay in Tempe the Mission Palm offers it all!

"close to old town shops"
When I placed the booking I had asked for a room with two beds I believe it said they were doubles. when I went to the room it was a king size bed so we went back down to let them know and they said the other bed was in the wall, not sure why they didn't tell us this the first time but I again said I wanted two separate beds and they said the Murphy bed was a queen and more comfortable than the double beds so we went with it, however it was not a queen size and it was just one mattress on a wood platform not comfortable at all. we traded off every other night sleeping in the king size bed which was very comfortable but one of us didn't have as good a nights sleep. Also you had to pay for parking same price no matter how long you were there each day.

Great comfortable, colorful hotel, really enjoyed the pool and atmosphere, staff was very helpful and friendly, a little pricey (not on some standards) on food and drinks but very unique and tasty.  It was a place I will tell friends about and would stay again.
