Property is clean, room is okay and beds were comfortable. Only there for one night, less than 12 hours but it was good for a short stay. Has a 24 hour little shop to buy food which was nice. Close to airport but still 15-20 min drive.

Amazing value for money so close to Terminal 2/3 especially but only a quick bus ride from Terminal 5 too. Clean comfortable room. Pleasant public areas and the usual buffet breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly. Have returned many times on my way through Heathrow

"The hotel was very clean, it had a luxury feel and the staff were excellent. Drinks and food were very expensive but it was to be expected for the location. Breakfast was very expensive but was good, with the exception of pancakes that were microwaved on requests in stead of being cooked fresh, which was very poor effort. Most places cook pancakes fresh, and most places don't charge £33 per person for a buffet breakfast."
