"The room was the perfect location and directly on beach. It was a busy holiday weekend and being on the 2nd floor and not having to use elevator was awesome! Parking crossover was on 3 and pool on 1 so only 1 flight either way! Very spacious rooms! Security does check for wristbands at pool too so that was good..you didn’t have anyone there who wasn’t supposed to be! We will def be back!"

"Very clean and comfortable unit looking over the Gulf Coast. Well worth the price and the trip. Bruce communicated with us before the trip and checked in during our stay. The decore is nice, and everything works great. Easy walk to the beach and only a five minute walk to Pineapple Willy’s to get a drink."

"We booked this property last minute for my birthday, and overall, we did enjoy our stay. However, there were a few things that I feel future guests and the host should be aware of.We never received our check-in instructions as stated in the reservation email. I had to contact Vrbo and ask them to reach out to the host because I was unable to get a response.Once we arrived, we did notice a few issues with the property. The bed is on a four-legged metal frame that is not anchored or secured, so it moved around on the floor every time we sat on it or got in and out of bed. There was also only one nightstand lamp, and we couldn't figure out how to turn it on.There is a medium-sized water spot on the ceiling that appears to have some mold or mildew around it and should definitely be inspected. The light beige couch was also very dirty and appears to be in need of either a deep cleaning or replacement.Despite these issues, we did enjoy our birthday stay and appreciated having a place to stay on such short notice. With some attention to these maintenance and cleanliness concerns, the property could be a much better experience for future guests."

"Overall, okay place to stay for a large group. Within walking distance to beach access. Had essentials to prepare meals. Linens/towels were provided. Not able to access house until EXACTLY 4pm, so plan accordingly if coming from out of town. It has 3 floors, appears to have an elevator but guests do not have access to it. Would have been nice to be able to use to carry luggage to the 3rd floor. Ceiling fans appeared to have dust on them. Upstairs hall bathroom was infested with large ants which came out in droves when it rained heavily outside. We rented a van so we didn't have excess vehicles however adjacent units had more than the allowed amount and were continually blocking the parking to our unit. Shared pool needs major attention, weeds growing up around it, dirty diaper on pool deck, water very cloudy. For the price, expected slightly better experience."
