This 2,215 sf two-story, fully furnished and appointed vacation home is ready to welcome you and your guests with amenities selected for your comfort.

Conveniently located across from the Pacific Grove Golf Links and just three blocks from the ocean and bay trail, this lovely family home will appeal to many. Stroll over to Point Pinos Lighthouse, the oldest continuously operating lighthouse on the west coast or step across the street to play the links.

Downtown Pacific Grove restaurants and shops are just a short drive away, as are other Monterey Peninsula attractions like the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row, old town Monterey and quaint Carmel-by-the-Sea.

Living Spaces
A gracious entry opens to the over-sized living room with two comfortable seating areas inviting you to relax and enjoy good company. The soft, sandy tones of the decor are visually restful and uplifting. Guests will enjoy peeks of nearby Monterey Bay over the rooftops.
Upstairs, a loft-style sitting room with vaulted ceiling is open to the level below. This is a wonderful bonus space that also has direct access to the yard with a Dutch-door. Well-equipped for extended stays!

Kitchen and Dining
The open-concept living areas flow into the dining space which also has peeks of the bay. Step through the French doors onto the back deck to find outdoor seating and a propane BBQ grill. The fenced back yard is enclosed for privacy.
The sunny, fully-equipped kitchen will delight the chef in you with features like an island with a separate prep sink, gas cooktop, ample counter space and double wall ovens. The main sink is pleasantly situated in front of windows facing the bay. Create meals together to enjoy at the nearby dining table or outside where the salty sea air will refresh you.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite which has a king bed, TV, gas fireplace and a private bay view deck with seating. The lofty ceiling and plank flooring along with the restful gray and beige tones of the decor make for a restful, serene retreat.
The en suite bathroom has a soaking tub with jets, a separate shower, dual sinks and a large closet.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed dressed in soothing tones, charming built-ins, a TV and Dutch-door access to the back yard.
Bedroom #3 has a king bed and a view of the golf course.
There are two full guest bathrooms downstairs: One has a shower-over-tub combination the other one has a shower.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

The two car garage is a perfect place to park and stash the golf clubs and other gear.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible.
