Home feel in a hotel!

I took my four grand daughters to Sea World and stayed here. Everything exceeded my expectations . . . it was very clean and luxurious . . . one of the bedrooms had two twin beds so my two oldest grand daughters had a room to themselves. The towel supply was never ending! The pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing. Their were even activities for the children. I would stay here again and again!!!! Downside . . .no breakfast.

Great accommodation

Can't fault this hotel,the staff were so lovely,room was lovely and clean,the pool and activities were excellent. Great complimentary shuttle to all the theme parks.

Could have been good

Great until the last night. Got in late and by 6:30am the were doing major renovations doors, Windows ,moldings. They were hammering,sawing, and drilling. When we called to find out what was going on we were told "well your checking out in a few hours anyway. Drove home on 4 hours sleep. Not so safe

best trip ever

My stay was great I was able to relax and get rejuvenated while being out of town I look forward to coming to Orlando again and I will definitely book my room at the Westgate Leisure Resort

Sucked

The first rule they put me in was damaged the AC was leaking had a moldy smell broken glass on the patio I cut my foot that's service was by far by far the worse

TRAVELER BEWARE! HORRIBLE PLACE & MANAGEMENT!

Traveler BEWARE! This is a horrible place. There are roaches in the rooms, they are dirty and it's in a horrible neighborhood. It's a scary place. Shame on Hotels.com to allow them to list 3 stars when it's clearly a -1 Star. We had business associates booked here and they walked out after 2 minutes in the room. Management is still charging for the first night even though the rooms was disgusting. That's how they get you. They keep the 1 night stay because you don't find out until the day you arrive and it's past the allowed cancellation date. The front desk clerk must be used to this reaction. She just said "fine". Do NOT stay here!

smaller than anticipated with older furniture and not so clean - thankfully there for only a night

West gate is great just stay at the locatiion

Room was hot. Not upgraded like the photos. Wifi price was too high. Monthly service pricing for a weekend.
