The pros: staff extremely nice and approachable. Location is central and able to walk to everything. Safe area. Clean. The breakfast is the standard hotel breakfast The cons: elevators are not a/c, down button for elevator on 4th floor not working and seemed it has been out of order for awhile, bathroom tub and bathroom sink not draining, bathroom sink faucet leaking advised of leak and 3 times. All tv stations did not come through on the bedroom TV.

Find another place to stay.

Upon arrival front desk staff was friendly. When we started walking towards the elevators that’s when I realized I made a poor choice in choosing this hotel. The elevator button was not working, had to use other elevator. When we got to our 4th floor the hallway had a fishy/ musty / sewer odor. No ventilation in the hallway and it’s humid. When entering the room I noticed that the smoke detector in the living room was covered with a trash bag. No cups or ice bucket. One of the towels in the bathroom was dirty. The beds weren’t too uncomfortable but the pillows were flat with no fluff, Volume on Tv in the room did not work with the remote, had to manually put the volume up on the tv. I took my kids to the pool and when I got in the pool the water was hot.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of options. However, the hotel could really use a deep cleaning, as some areas felt a bit neglected. With more attention to cleanliness, this place would be a much better stay.

We enjoyed our stay here, only a couple of things were off for us. 1 - the carpets/hallways had a musty smell, which we think may be from the constant wetting from persons in and out of the pool. 2 - paying for parking, we have never stayed at a hotel and have to pay for parking at the hotel, however, we can understand that being where the hotel is located and parking is limited, this is how they ensure guests have secure parking. Otherwise, the staff are all amazing! They even sent my husband a lovely gift bag for his birthday! Whenever we come to Orlando again, we will stay here for sure.
