Almost everything was perfect. Except I woke up with bed bug bites all over my right side. The staff was phenomenal everything looked clean and pretty. But the bed at the very least was not. As friendly as the staff was I would not stay there again.

It was a great location by the eye of Orlando. The staff, Andrea, Maria and Samantha were awesome. They made the stay really great. Location was excellent. If u like to walk the location is central to a lot of places to walk to in 10 to 20 min.

This location is one of my favorites when visiting Orlando. We had some plumbing issues causing us to relocate to another room. The carpet on the outside of the rooms had an odor. Over all it’s time for the property to be renovated.

El desayuno era muy muy malo. Ni el pan sabía bien. Estuve 9 noches y solo desayuné 2 días allí. Diariamente cambian solo la proteína. Y para mi gusto de muy mala calidad. La habitación 101 el toilet no bajaba bien, y hay que suplicar para que limpien la habitación. Está muy bien ubicado. Pero hay mejores hoteles. Las recepcionista muy amables y la chica del desayuno también.

Breakfast was great (eggs,bacon, sausages, fruit, etc.), but could have stayed open till 10am instead of 9. Friendly staff. Kitchen in the room was a great option. Pool and hot tub serviced and tested every morning. TV screen was dim and the bathtub tap trickled the whole time. Minor stuff.
