I rarely write reviews since I just need a place to sleep while visiting Universal Orlando, but this stay was so bad I had to speak up. I could overlook the broken safe, closet doors that won’t close, loud bathroom fan, and noisy AC. But what made this unbearable was a loud banging noise at 6:30 AM EVERY SINGLE DAY for all three days of my stay. It woke me up each morning without fail. All I wanted was to sleep and enjoy the parks. Instead, I was sleep-deprived the entire trip. This may have been specific to my room, but I can’t recommend this hotel when basic sleep is impossible. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

We came to visit Universal studio and it’s just 20 minutes walk from the hotel, which was great for us as we didn’t wanna drive there. Clean rooms, breakfast was good too.
