It was a quiet place and very close to all the park of universal. The room was ok. No updates like the website mention. No service room. Nobody clean the room while you are there. Keep that in mind . The parkings are free. ✨ Ve early at the breakfast because the food run off quickly. I went in January an it was a good weather, but the air conditioning is not working properly because even with that weather the room still hot .

Bad: -no carts for baggage when checking in -Mold growing on door frames -Note said not allowed to adjust thermostat (although buttons worked to change it). AC smelled musky but did get nice and cold. -Room smells like cat litter/used litter box -Door not fully sealed so it’s noisy in winds and very very noisy with road noise. Heard sirens going all day and night. Also anyone wheeling anything walking by was amplified. -water pressure in shower very weak but did get nice and hot -no coffee maker -fridge did not stay cold -electrical units damaged. -weak breakfast. Waffles, powdered eggs and cold, stale sausage. Coffee didn’t even come out hot -constantly smells like weed. Probably because the door doesn’t close/seal all the way. Positive for some, negative for others. -phone in room didn’t work -car alarms going off all night. Staff wouldn’t do anything to contact owner or get towed. Good: -good firm pillows. Bed was comfortable. -fridge had small freezer section that stayed cold. -microwave in the rooms -blackout curtains in room work very well! Room stayed very dark even on a bright morning.

During our stay at the hotel, we faced a significant issue with the hot water supply. Unfortunately, there was no hot water available, which made our experience quite unpleasant. We couldn't help but imagine how much worse it would have been if the weather had been cold. Despite bringing this issue to the staff's attention during our check-out, we received no response or acknowledgment. This lack of communication only added to our disappointment.

They ask for extra money upon arrival at the hotel for breakfast, Wi-Fi, and the pool, which isn't mentioned in the offer. They don't accept cash, and the rude receptionist said those were the conditions and if I didn't like it, I should cancel the service and leave. It's not good treatment for tourists. They also offer a shuttle service to the parks, but the schedules are very late, so it's not worth it if you're not going to arrive at the park early and if you're not returning from the parks very early. It's not worth it.
