Middle of the night frustrations!

We arrived at 1 am after our flight and the room we reserved for 5 of us wasn’t available- they were going to put us in a room with one queen and a pull out. We had reserved two queens and a pullout. I have two teenagers and a 7 yr old….. we would have not fit in the smaller room. They offered us to go across town to another Hyatt. Which we greatly appreciated and they paid for the uber. However it was a huge disappointment and inconvenience at 1 in the morning. We didn’t get to our room and settle until close to 3 am. It was a huge problem overall since we had reserved the proper size room months earlier!

Entire hotel and room was clean and modern. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. Pool area looked nice and many restaurants are walkable. Complimentary breakfast was good. Would definently stay here again!
