I didn't even stayed and they didn't even let me cancel the reservation, there's no small letters when you make the purchase on the app taht says that you have to give $100 deposit and an extra $9 for the room, if the facilities were good i didn't had a problem, but it looked like a ghetto neighborhood.

The attention when i got to the hotel was amazing. Do t remember the guy's names but there where amazing, funny and really helpful. I would recommend this hotel 💯 thanks for everything i would be coming back again for sure. Plus the location is amazing close to everything within minutes.

Travelodge by Wyndham Orlando / Heart of International Drive I booked this hotel through Expedia, but did not stay overnight due to serious safety concerns. When I arrived, I personally witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot and a prostitution transaction right outside the rooms. The property was under construction, there was no signage showing where the office was located, and after a prolonged wait with no staff assistance, I no longer felt safe having my family on site. This was not an inconvenience, it was a matter of guest safety being directly compromised. Between the unsafe activity, lack of clear operations, and misrepresentation of the property online, this hotel did not meet even the most basic standards. Travelers should be aware: this is not a safe or family-friendly environment. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The first room was in disrepair the shower trqy was all cracked and had mold in the corner the beds had stains and hairs onand the laminate flooring was coming apart was moved to another room and that was just as bad, thus leading us to check out an hour after checking in to which the girl on the desk didn't seem to shocked by WOULD ADVISE NOT TO STAY HERE!!!!!!

The staff was so friendly and the place was very affordable- my only complaint was that it needs to be better cleaned, one of the beds obviously need a bedding change because there was hair in it and the floor was sticky, otherwise all other aspects were great

The room was clean. However, the hotel property looked dirty and unsafe in the outside. Even though there were signs prohibiting smoking within 25 feet from the hotel, I saw and smelled people smoking marijuana in the staircase and the parking lot. The was also no hot water. I reported the issue but they never sent a maintenance person as they said they would. I also asked for an extra blanket and it was never delivered as promised. When I went to the lobby to ask for it; I waited nearly 30 minutes and the front desk assistant told me he was too busy and alone, and that he couldn’t get the blanket. Very disappointed with my stay.

It doesn't look safe at the entrance and the receptionist wasn't attentive. I didn't check in because I didn't feel safe doing so, I looked for another hotel. I cannot evaluate the internal criteria because I did not use them. I paid but didn't use the service and didn't cancel in time.
