The room had no working lock, no walk in shower and the beds were twin size when I asked for queen size beds. Very upset

Do NOT stay here. Room and overall property is not just dirty, it is disgusting. You will notice the smell immediately. Someone working at the front desk is not consistent. Does NOT provide hand soap for the bathrooms, an issue I have never faced in all my years, what hotel does not provide hand soap? LARGE insects crawling around inside the room. If you want a real thrill look under the bed and see what is living there. Water does NOT drain down the shower drain, it just puddles up and over the side of the shower stall. Police officers blocking the parking lot due to suspicious activity and people loitering on the property. We did not even stay the first night we were booked here and the manager refused to return any of our money for the three nights we had booked. We left the day we arrived, informed the front desk person of the issues we were having based on cleanliness and safety and stayed at the Holiday Inn next door. The manager REFUSED to give us any kind of refund. But for a place unwilling to give you hand soap for the bathroom, I don’t know why I expected any type of humanity of service. Do NOT stay here.

Rooms were not the cleanest, floor had a wet sticky feeling, smelled like pee in the bed closest to the window, room service was not performed, fresh towels wasn’t readily available, constant smelled weed smoking everytime we came out of our room and in the parking lot. It was close to a lot of shops and eating establishments. I wouldn’t come back though. Not seeing how I paid so much for this bundle at all.

This place was horrific avoided all the cost. You couldn’t pay me to stay in this room. We ended up seeking in our car because they wouldn’t cancel our reservation. She’s were dirty. Shower was dirty towels were dirty floors were disgusting. Bathroom sink didn’t drain. I mean I’ve been deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan, and have lived in tents nicer than this place.

What made this a great hotel was the amazing service from Giovanni. Its a convenient location and amenities are very good but Giovanni saved us a lot from a horrible trip. He represents what customer service should be. Hotels.com however is a stink and disgusting platform. absolutely bad service and will never use hotels.com in future. Joe from hotels.com should be fired and begging in the streets.

There was mould on the bathroom ceiling and the water didn’t drain from the shower so you basically stood in yours and everyone else’s dirty water. I told the front desk and nothing was done to fix it. The air conditioning needed a filter clean.

How can I begin? This hotel shouldn’t even be listed by Expedia. Very few redeeming features (perhaps location and the small tv set only). Room was terrible. It seemed like cheap repairs had been done, the bathroom was ugly and dirty, everything was dirty, toilet seldom worked, no hot water, no room services every day, the lobby and breakfast area absolutely horrible, construction work at the front of the property, gee, a very, very bad experience.
