It is not a Travelodge Wyndham. People screeming and yelling at 3;00 am. Bad coffee lunch area terrible. Staff terrible. Bad references from neighbors. Name of the hotel suburban. The location is great and room. Disappointed didn’t feel safe. Internet good.

Room was very dirty. With the first occupant being a spider, seems like a tradition because the 2nd room we changed to was occupied by another spider as well. Oh, and did I already mention that it was ridiculously dirty?

Don’t do it!!! Turn around and run to another hotel. I will never again book a room here for me and my family. Breakfast was a joke, frozen pancakes and dry cereal. The roaches in the dirty rooms probably get better attention than the guests.

from December 24 to December 28, as the service provided was far below what was advertised and reasonably expected. During our entire stay, we were provided with only one towel. We had to request additional towels, and were given only two more, being told that no others were available. Additionally, no room cleaning service was provided at any point during our stay. Regarding breakfast, it was extremely limited and insufficient. Under these conditions, it should not be advertised as “included,” as it does not meet basic expectations for hotel breakfast service. Furthermore, the hotel facilities are in very poor condition, which significantly affected the comfort and overall quality of our stay. In addition, a charge of USD 100 was applied to my credit card. This amount was charged as a final charge, not as a temporary or pending authorization, and has not been refunded to date. I have not received any explanation or justification for this charge.

The room was very underfurbished, and the hotel itself was hard to find. No clear signs on what to look for. The staff never got back to us when we needed amenities, and the shower had cracks in the floor. Would not recommend.

The bathroom curtain had mold, and the bedroom and bathroom floors were very damp/wet. There was a strange smell, which I believe was mold-related. There was no bath mat available, and there were not enough bath towels for my family (we are four people and only two towels were provided). To make matters worse, my daughter has asthma, and mold is one of the triggers for her allergies. The front desk area is very small and does not even have seating. We had reserved two nights but only stayed one. These were extremely poor and unsanitary conditions for anyone. This was a very bad experience.

Encontramos cucarachas, gusanos en un cuadro. El piso despegado. El inodoro despegado y sin barras para discapacitados. No telefono con front desk. Todo en mal estado. Es tenebroso. Pense que por ser un Windhan seria diferente. Si necesitan, tengo fotos de todo. Ni el aire funcionaba bien...mruidoso. citados.
