"We never once had anyone check to see if we needed towels or clean our room in the 3 nights we stayed. So we had 2 towels the entire trip. There were only 2 lounge chairs by pool and both were broke. There were only 5 lb and 40/45 pound weights in workout room yet pictures showed a weight room full of various weights. Not much variety at breakfast."

"The property was OK not well maintained in the rooms per what’s being charged per night. There was a man at the front desk during check-in that was very rude and unhelpful, but the lady that he was working with made the situation much better the staff in the bar area Were very helpful. Customer service oriented. The food was good. The cleaning of the rooms was upon request which, in my opinion for what is being charged per night, should be automatic maid service to come change bed linens, and sanitize the rooms."
