"The property could use some TLC. Several of the doors on the back side of the building had broken or loose handles. The key reader would flash green but we couldn't get the doors to open. We finally went in through the lobby entrance. I told the staff about the need for maintenance."

"This was quaint little retreat felt like you were out in the country, yet it was just minutes away from the city. We loved the quietness and charm of this place. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Interesting old (c. 1937) house in OKC, a block from the governor's mansion and walking distance from the capitol. Outside could use a little TLC but the inside was fine. Location is very convenient to the capitol and the Oklahoma History museum, both worth a visit, and short drives to other attractions. Unfortunately the governor's mansion was closed during our visit. Large fenced in yard which was great for our dog and grandkids, also had the ability to park a few cars in the garage, an unusual perk for a vacation rental. Property manager was helpful and responded quickly to a trash can issue. Only complaint, no fault of the property, was the stupid wind turbine by the governor's mansion. No problem under normal conditions, but two of the three nights we had gale force winds that caused the turbine to make an ungodly amount of noise and vibration. Woke me up several times thinking I was on the edge of an active helicopter landing pad. Otherwise we had a great visit in OKC."
