"Front desk staff were great, but vendor staff could improve their interpersonal skills by smiling, looking at you, acknowledging your presence, handing towels and not just tossing those at you, and a simple have a good one will help, even a you welcome in response."

"Property looked like it was nice at one point but hasn't been kept up. The bar and restaurant were closed on a friday night even though it was said it was open. Only 1 towel for the room. AC barely worked. Kids roaming hallway through the night and one even pulled the fire alarm."

"We stayed here for the night and the room had no A/C so we messaged the front office to let them know if there was anyway they could give us another room due to the fact that it is super hot, we got no reply and then we called and no one picked up but it also was very late when we had arrived . This morning we woke up drenched in sweat and I called the front office and told them we wanted to stay another night because the rooms are nice but we can’t stay in this room with no air conditioning the lady at the front counter did not care what so ever. She was very unprofessional; I let her know my situation and she sarcastically said “ohh no” did not care what so ever. I asked if there was anyway she could give us a discount because we were wanting to stay another night but in a different room and she said no unfortunately she couldn’t due that because there was “no supervisor “ and before I could ask if there was someone else in charge she hung up on me. Once again very rude and unprofessional. These rooms are not very cheap ( we got the suite) and I feel like she could have helped out our situation and mind you I also have a 3 year old child that was hot all night, we eventually had to all sleep in the living room on the pull out bed. This is ridiculous and very inconsiderate. Times are hard enough and for this to happen and no one cares what so ever because we already stayed the night and you guys received our money so therefore you don’t care. I’m very disappointed. Do not re"

"There was never any ice in the ice machine, not a single cart to be had , only saw one when we checked in. Curtains in the room were ripped and full of holes , no coffee in room for coffee."
