"I wasn’t aware that this hotel didn’t technically have a sign or anything yet so finding the hotel and checking in was really awkward. It still said Sheridan on it even though it no longer is. The owner was very nice but they gave me a key to a room that was already occupied. I walked in on someone else staying in the room. I went downstairs and they struggled to find me one due to not having WiFi set up on some floors and rooms not being ready. There was not an alarm clock or place to charge my phone next to the bed which was frustrating. The staff were really nice and friendly, but clearly we’re in the middle of this transition to a new hotel and probably should not have had guests yet."
