The property was very family-oriented. Lots of activities for all age groups. (Games, contests, water aerobics, etc. There is also a teen room (available for 12-8). Several pools to go and lounge. The biggest perk for my teenage boys was the huge pool and the center piece to jump off. Variety of food options were endless. Everyday was different and never the same. *Various restaurants and the ability to go to neighboring hotels Ventus and Ventus Ha in addition to El CID. The ONLY disappointing thing was the beach. It was durty and smelly due to seaweed. (We arrived when beach crews were cleaning the seeweed) The pools and pool activities kept them busy and engaged. Unlimited strawberry 🍓 frozen drinks for them :) Staff was very friendly and phenomenal. Cleaniness was great! Easy to get around especially in in golf carts. Downtown Puerto Morelos is only 1 mi away. Had a great and relaxing time. 1st in Puerto Morelos (previously been to Hotel Zone)in the past.

The resort was very nice and well kept. The service was great and a nice variety of places for lunch. Food at all restaurants was very good. One complaint would be the teen activities. The teen club closed at 8:00 and the only other place with activities kicked teens out at 8:00. The teen club had limited activities when it was open. During the day it was not a big deal as the pools were great but during the evening teens had no teen activities. Overall great place and would recommend.

The resort was very nicely landscaped and the staff were friendly. The food at both the buffets and restaurants were very good. Having privileges at the other resorts was very nice and added to the experience. The one thing we did not understand and made no sense for a family resort was no place for teens to hang out after 8:00pm. The teen club closed and the other place that had pool and foosball kicked teens out after 8:00pm.

The overall experience at this hotel was really nice. Front desk was great people that will always point you in the right direction, concierge people were nice and open to help where needed. Food was nice at all the locations. You get your standard buffet food, but i was hoping for more mexico type food (not i am white and always open to trying great Mexican good). They did have some which was great, but just wanred to see more. There is this buffet in the middle the resort that has 7 type of restaurants. I would recommend people to go tyere a lot. Great options for everyone thay has a family, plus tye coffee bar is right there too. All tye drinks were great and i found that everyone was very helpful including room service. The down side is that they clean your rooms about every 2 days or so. At least that is what we kind of seen. If you are going to go to any tours, this hotel can help with you setting this up. It is the same price you will pay online as you do at the help so it truly is no issue to buy for either online or the hotel. I would say if i was to do it again, i would get it from the hotel to reduce headaches and make the overall experience easier and reduce stress for your family.

This was our 5th time at this resort. The service, cleanliness and food have kept me coming back. This has been the second time, however that I went to check in and had extra fees. I had my receipts from Expedia where it said taxes paid, only 35 due. They insisted Expedia was wrong and charged me hundreds more for my 2 rooms. It's getting to be where I am nervous to check in. Also our ground unit was SO damp and humid it was a swamp. No problem as I knew to ask for a dehumidifier. The bucket needed to be emptied every 7 hours and I blew through 2 phone chargers due to humidity in room. Again, I get it...but what if I didn't know to ask for dehumidifier? Why isn't this SOP? The wet tile floor was very wet and dangerous before I demanded dehumidifier. Love the resort but I think I will look elsewhere where my receipt is honored, and there are no hidden "costs"
