"We were NOT informed that daily house keeping would not be provided. Checked in on Thursday and my room was not cleaned until Sunday. We were checking out on Monday, We had to get clean towels ourselves as housekeeping had left for the day. I had to call on an outside line to reach the front desk as they were in the back when I needed to check out to catch my flight."
