Dining was a true highlight—Esmeralda, Adrian El Chaka, Lulu, Eleazar, Maverick, and Janeth at Ipanema restaurant created an exceptional experience every time we dined there. Their attention to detail and friendly service made each meal memorable. At Ciao restaurant, Scarlett greeted us with a smile every morning, and Moises took such great care of us during our meals. Over at Zen, Brian and Alberto impressed us with their professionalism and knowledge of the menu. Alma, the masseuse at the spa, provided one of the most relaxing massages we’ve ever had—an absolute must if you’re staying here. Whether it was Rodriguez at the Market Buffet keeping our drinks full, Charlie helping with towels by the pool, or Kevin managing our luggage with ease, every staff member made us feel welcome and appreciated.
