"From the outside looking in, the property looked really nice. When we checked in, the toilet didn't work. The front desk said the maintenance person was gone but they could bring me a plunger. They never did. When we went to take a shower in the morning, we noticed blood stains on the bathroom walls. Front desk staff argued with me stating that it wasn't blood. Finally they sent a housekeeper up who confirmed that it looked like blood. After speaking to 5 different people, I finally spoke to a "manager" who was VERY rude. I was told that the property manager would reach out and they never did. We will NEVER stay here again."

"Wonderful hotel! Will definitely stay here again. Within walking distance to Busch Stadium, ample parking (oversized vehicle), and great breakfast! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Everything is secured/locked down, and controlled by key cards (ie. No one can walk right in off the street). Great place for kids, with plenty to keep them entertained!"

"Breakfast could have been a little better. The milk was out both mornings we were there with an hour left in service. It was refilled on one of the days, but not the other. And there was something wrong with the apple juice one day."

"We stayed here before a flight. It was in a convenient, safe location and was clean and nice. Beds were comfortable and the rooms are clean. We ordered a delivery pizza and sat in the snack area as a family. I asked the front desk staff a couple of questions and they were helpful and kind. The Happy Hour is very minimal. We had to leave before breakfast was open. We did not use the park and fly option, it was much more expensive as the other airport parking lots right up the road. We would definitely stay here again."

"Our room was wonderful, clean, bed was comfortable.staff were nice. Bartender was great. Butter gooey cookies were amazing. Our main issue was the value of the valet parking. $55 night. They have an app to use to get your vehicles, took 40 minutes to retrieve our car the first morning we stayed. And 90 minutes when we checked out. The staff was working hard, but definitely needed more staff for the amount of people checking out for wanting their cars for odds and ends."
