Great location, good space, budget property management
Let's start with the good! Large space right on the beach. Kitchen had good supplies (except spices, meaning they didn't even have salt), balcony has lots of seating, easy access to beach, nice pools.
Cons:
Unit not ready for check-in on time, kept trying to come into unit while we packed out. I called to see if the unit was ready and they told me i was the 3rd person to call-- why didn't someone proactively reach out? We had 7 kids with us, one an infant.
Wrong wifi pswd given
Beds were bad, sheets awful, beds not made when we arrived bc they don't do that
Don't provide ANY toilet paper, any soap, or kitchen towels/sponge
Change from king to queen bed in master after we booked but too close to time to find another place instead (I looked!)
Other furniture in the unit was also changed, pictures are no longer accurate
I will likely not use this management company again. They are clearly struggling to manage the units they have, they provide the bare minimum, and the unit wasn't ready at check-in. Space itself was a good location and size for our party.
