Your private beach vacation awaits! This cozy two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has all of the comforts of home in a wonderful beach-themed setting. A large, private balcony calls your name each morning and has plenty of room to enjoy your breakfast and a cup of tea with amazing ocean views. The neutral living room has a flat screen tv and a sleeper sofa as well as a sliding door leading out to your balcony. The condo also features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a queen bed in the master and two twins in the guest room. Sun Villas are private condominiums located in the Crescent Beach section of sunny North Myrtle Beach. Step out onto the beach for long days of beachcombing, castle building and relaxation. The sandy shores of North Myrtle Beach is the perfect place to unwind and truly escape it all. Sun Villas offers a beautiful outdoor pool for guests to cool off after a long day at the beach. Being centrally located in North Myrtle Beach means that the fun and excitement is only minutes away with Main Street to the north and Barefoot Landing to the south.

Total Misrepresentation

Entry/Exit Door was to the porch and no one to hear anyone coming to visit (i.e. Doorbell) Sliding Glass Door to enter condo was extremely difficult to open and close. The lock was falling out. The floors throughout the entire condo were full of sand. L/R TV almost impossible to see/watch during the day due to the glare. Dishwasher full of clean dishes. Awful fish odor coming out of dishwasher. Stovetop burners not correctly installed and at a 45 degree angle for cooking. Cabinets in complete disarray. Dishes and pots/pans just thrown in all over the place. Bottom bar on refrigerator door missing. Not able to use. No where to put boxed/unrefrigerated grocery items in kitchen. L/R A/C FULL of Lint/Dust Master Bedroom Sliding Glass Doors not functional. Full of mold, mildew, moisture and rust. Master Bedroom Closet completely full of books, pac n plays, vacuums, and misc. items. Unusable! Master Bath Fan - Barely worked Hair on Walls in the Master Bath Shower upon arrival. 2nd Bedroom the blinds were broken. 2nd Bedroom TV didn't work AT ALL. 2nd Bedroom Twin Bed next to window the springs were busted through. Sand Flea Infestation in Condo or on Balcony.
