"I cannot say enough wonderful words about Hyatt House off of Duval Rd. The staff from check in to check out were helpful and always smiling. The room was clean, safe and comfortable for my stay, as I am an older woman staying alone. Every staff member carried on a conversation and were genuinely engaged in the conversation. The breakfast was amazing. Plenty of fresh fruit, eggs, biscuits, home fries, cereal, bagels, juices and fresh coffee. All the food was fresh and warm. No powdered eggs served! If you need a late night snacks, I recommend the brownies which are amazing and the Hyatt House does have other snacks and beverages. I did notice the hotel had a grill, but I didn't partake because was visiting family. I am sure it would have been delightful. My stay was 4 days and I truly enjoyed every minute of the stay. I will be staying there again soon as my family lives in Jacksonville."

"This place was clean coffee and tea all night fruit anything you needed staff very friendly property clean this was my first time getting in the pool in years room very nice and. We enjoyed breakfast very peaceful beautiful place keep up the great job 💕💕 we will be returning"

"I stayed overnight for an early morning flight out of JAX. I paid $5/night to leave my car parked at the hotel until my return ($3/night cheaper than the airport long-term parking). Shuttle service to and from the airport was fantastic. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. It's a basic hotel--I cannot judge breakfast because I had to leave at 4 a.m. I'm planning to stay there again for my next early morning flight."
