Glorified motel wrapped in a Hilton name. The moment you enter the room, there is a strong stench. Staff is aware of this already but no action has been taken. Then, the hvac, which must be 50 years old did not work- needed the maintenance guy to make the hot water go through the right pipes. He knew exactly what was wrong and what had to be fixed. Looks like a a common issue in this hotel. Then, the water in sink and tub do not drain quickly- gross if you ha e to stand in it. The carpets, doors, walls haven't been updated in maybe 20-30 years. On top of this, they charge for parking, wi fi and breakfast. Ofcourse, they charge you like a hilton. Will never go this property but more importantly will never be able to trust a hilton property.

Hotel is bleak looking on the inside with stark, florescent lighting (yuck!) and rundown condition. The woman who checked us in gave us the 2 rooms (836 & 838) at the extreme end of the back of the hotel (a long trek through a maze of corridors), overlooking the back parking lot and dumpster! Rooms were in poor condition with cracked HVAC unit, no sink stopper, etc. Ugly place, would not return. The restaurant workers were very nice!

The room was awful. The curtains were different sizes. They were a mauve color with huge bleach stains all over. The toilet was dirty. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The shower was extremely small with no pressure. The toilet kept flushing itself all night. Wallpaper was peeling off. The carpet was damp and smelled musty.The light fixtures had corrosion all over them. We went to the restaurant and the menu was ok but around the dining area was filthy. Carpet was peeling back. Dirt and grime along the bottom of the windows. They acknowledged us as reward members and gave us that crappy room. Oh...and the cookies were stale. I will never stay at a doubletree again.

Everything was average (not necessarily a bad thing) but we had requested a shuttle for the morning but unfortunately they were not able to get us on the first 3 shuttles and i had to take an uber. Everytime a shuttle would arrive the airline employees got taken first. Waited 30 minutes and couldnt wait any longer

Very clean room. Only complaint was the shower knob. You got very hot water or cold water. In the middle of hot and cold water stopped altogether.
