One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in! Friendly staff, room was clean and beautiful, breakfast was excellent, however at night the restaurant next door played very loud music until about midnight so bring earplugs if you have to be up early

Great room clean and spacious. Be aware the restaurant next door has very loud music in the weekends. Ask for a room farthest away from that restaurant of you go to sleep before 10 pm.

The staff at front desk were very polite, helpful and courteous. Breakfast was awesome. Victoria, Mindy and Tammie were exceptional. They keeps the food area clean and tidy and hot delicious food coming out. They were very polite. Room service was ok. Had a miss understanding. It was resolved. This will be our hotel whenever we visit Jacksonville.
