This is the cleanest hotel I have stayed at in a while. Round the clock o seen people constantly cleaning the main areas. Staff was very pleasant also. I would stay again and recommend

The first girl that we talked with when we checked in was rude not friendly at all. Then we have been charged twice fkr our room and when we questioned it we were told oh one charge will drop off when your bank releases it. That is unacceptable. We should not have been charged this morning by Travelocity then charged again at check by the hotel.

My stay was nice. We had everything we needed except for a microwave, which I thought was strange. Most rooms have a fridge and microwave standard. Other than that it was a nice experience.
