I liked the room. The food was bad and you can't use the tv to play your games or use your fire stick even though it say on the tv just plug in to the hdm and sign in to the internet, but that isn't true. I was told all the hilton hotels are like that, so I will not stay at any of the hilton hotels.

Jay, the night clerk thought it was necessary at 1.12am to tell me I had to come down for running my credit card for accidentals.....he kept on going for 10 minutes without thinking I was in the hotel for night rest. BTW: I already paid the accidental fee with his cowordker at 7pm... Goodnight night rest; not even a follow up from Hilton after a phone call with their customer line. NO WAY HILTON

Paid 25 dollars to park for less than 12 hours. This was a stop over on our way to Orlando. The tv did not turn on, the fridge was not working (needed to keep things cold overnight). A maintenance person came to room and I had to show him where the fuse box was so he could trip it to make fridge work, the breaker tripped about an hour after he left …. The tv cable box worked fine but actually tv would not come on with remote, maintenance got it working but I was unable to turn off so had to use the timer. The room was nice in terms of new furnishings and layout. Just not happy with how things worked.
