Hotel was very clean & modern. Layout of room was a bit weird but good enough for 5 day stay. The area was convenient and near subway and food. The shower wasn't very good and there were 4 or 5 minor issues during my stay in the room that were minorly annoying but not a huge deal. Hotel was quiet and safe. Had a nice view of the Empire State building. Asked front desk twice for something and they didn't send it up either time as I was told. Wasn't a huge deal but should have been done. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would stay there again. Hopefully they can correct all the minor issues I experienced because the hotel has a ton of potential. I wouldn't hesitate to stay if you were on the fence about it.

Good location

The hotel was nice. Good location. The breakfast was convenient. The breakfast space was very small so I ate in my room. The only problem I had was a member of the staff cleaning my room left the door open while they left to get some supplies then I arrived back at my room to find the door open.
