Leo at the front desk was great. The hotel is clean, modern and well lit. Only downside was the garbage bags left outside my room one night.

The AC didn't work. There was no sugar with the coffee maker. There was limited cream as well. The bathroom lighting was dim. The lobby was terrible. Fabric was torn on sofa, carpet was dirty. I paid a premium and was incredibly disappointed.

A ‘wanky’ stay

I had a horrible experience. Upon opening the door to my room after check in at the lobby, an employee was pleasuring himself in the corner. I yelled ‘this is my room’ out of confusion and panic and as he fumbled to get his pants up and zipped he muttered ‘I’m so sorry.’ I went to the front desk to explain what happened, was given a new room and a TEN DOLLAR CREDIT to the attached restaurant for my troubles. I am still traumatized.

Centrally located

Nice hotel centrally located on 5th Avenue. Rooms clean and neat. Staff excellent. Nice roof top restaurant Inner rooms very quiet. The only issue here is disrespectful loud people in adjacent rooms especially with kids. We travelled with kids and they didn’t bang on the walls or scream in the corridors early morning 4am every day we were there despite knocking on the doors to ask them to be quiet. Stay away from the family double rooms. You have been warned.

Nice but…

This hotel Was in a great location for walking to many things. Only problem was The sliding door to the toilet was a struggle but the door to the entire bathroom did not slide at all! Also very poor lighting.
