"Staff was excellent. Arrived very late due to flight delays and lady at front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Even out our freeze racks in employee freezer so they were ready for travel the next day. Only odd thing is the lighting in the room only worked if main light switch was on and then other switches controlled other lights but the main switch had to be on to use other switches, very odd."

"The room was clean and well maintained. Air conditioning worked well and the restroom looked renovated. Shower water was not very hot though, and they only offer free coffee in the morning unless you want to pay for breakfast. Really appreciated the free shuttle to not only the hotel from the airport, but also the free shuttle to the cruise terminal. Shuttle vans were nice and had good air conditioning. This was a last minute booking and we were pleased with the hotel overall. "
