I paid extra for a handicap room and they said it was out of order so that upset me but I ended up still getting a walk in shower and a shower chair which was easier on me so I do appreciate that so much

OUTDATED

Writing this at 3:56 AM. AC made a constant whirling sound. Unplugged to sleep. Refrigerator vibrated when running. Turned off. 21st century and the only place to use an HDMI was a clock which was broken. Reported. Never replaced on our 2nd night. Could hear the floor creak when the person upstairs walked. Walls paper thin. $10 a night extra to park? Our visit here became two trips. Our first and last.

The welcome was superior at front desk the evening I checked in. Watched my bag while I returned to car to park - I walk w/cane. “Deb” the driver for shuttle was pleasant, caring, & helpful in drive to airport. One of best transporters I’ve had, & I travel a lot in US & Europe. All in all -an excellent stay!!

Great Customer service when I checked in. The gentleman was very welcoming and nice to me and my boyfriend. Breakfast had turkey sausage! That’s very rare to give another option besides pork. I’d stay here again because of the location tot he airport, shopping, cleanliness and good customer service.

Hampton missed the mark.

Checkin asked for our car license plate but never told of about a parking fee or the cost. No remote in suite bedroom. After going to get the remote. No one brought it up. The tv still would not work. No linens for the pull out bed. No pillows for the bed. Shuttle service only in a 5 mile radius. Not to Broadway. Very disappointing. Breakfast… over cooked turkey sausage. Watery oatmeal. Weak (strong) coffee.
