Very friendly front desk clerk. Clean, decent rooms, albeit sort of strange modern furniture and decoration. Spacious bathroom. Good breakfast.

Was very bad . First off lets say this . I booked a room online and it said the property was outstanding. As a place to stay . It was not let me tell you . I boomed online and was told i would not get charged till i was at property . But that was a lie they charged my card that morning while i was traveling there Second when i arrived . They charged me an additional 25 per day as a security deposit that i was unaware of. . . The room Was horrible not cleaned very well . Coffee pot was broke. And the water pressure was not good . The elevators were very dirty and ther hallways were horrible . Carpet coming up and torn everywere . I do not recommend this place at all . For a place in nashville it was very poor .

I had a great experience. Started right when I landed. Called the shuttle and was there within 10 minutes. Easy check in once there. Free complimentary bottled water in the lobby. Breakfest was typical hotel breakfast (only until 9am on weekday). Room was spacious and clean with good AC which is a must for me. Offers shuttle to the airport, but unfortunately only on the 10 min. mark of the hour (5:10, 6:10, etc) so took a lyft back to airport as the times didnt work well for my flight. Definitely would stay again. Was about 10 min. from everything I did (downtown, airport, Grand Ole Opry).

Bugs were in the bed and i just asked for clean linen. I didn't clown about the bugs, but they didn't refund my $50 stating that they were missing a pillow. I sat the pillow outside the door my first night there. I also informed them that i had bugs in my room and that i asked only for clean linen. I told them that I also left the pillow outside the door. I informed them that they didn't give me a sheet so that i could receive my refund and that I wasnt a thief. I called them about my money and they said they refunded it back, but I'm only seeing a $50 card purchase on my account. They advised me to check with my bank. I also asked to borrow some scissors for a few minutes. When i returned them, they said that they were about to charge it to my room. Mind you....i only the scissors for about 25 minutes.

It's a solid option for a night's stay when you have a late night flight. Clean enough and the room was pretty big. Breakfast was fine, not amazing (eggs were kind of watery, so likely powdered) but checkout was a little early at only 11 am instead of noon.

This was my first solo trip, and I felt instantly comfortable the moment I arrived. I was in town for a concert and the rodeo, so the area was busy, but you’d never know it—everything felt calm and welcoming. Great experience overall!
