The room itself was good. Clean. No issues. It’s an older hotel so I wasn’t expecting it to be anything grand. But I was greatly disappointed mainly about the pool and hot tub. I took my grandchildren to Murfreesboro on spring break, arriving Thursday, April 10 and checking out Saturday the 11th. They were really looking forward to 2 days of swimming. It’s the reason I chose the hotel. An indoor pool. The pool was ice cold. Not just cool but freezing. Even worse the hot tub was dirty and lukewarm. We used the net to dip out as much debris as we could but it was impossible. Since they got in briefly we made them get out immediately and back to the room to shower The front desk person told me the health department will not let them turn the heat up. That doesn’t make sense. She also said someone cleans the hot tub every other day. I checked the following evening. Still dirty. Instead we went to Patterson Park for swimming. I will never stay there again. Yes the rates are good but I’d pay more for the amenities I wanted. Please clean your pool and hot tub and make it heated as advertised.

Did not use the breakfast. But the indoor pool was on the too cool side of comfortable. The hot tub was as warm as a typical indoor pool. So not really a "hot" tub. To show how I like temperature i kept trying to reduce my room temperature to 62⁰ it kept resetting to 70⁰. PS this stay was in January outside high temp in the 40's.

I stayed here years ago. We booked again yesterday for a one night stay. We couldn’t remember why we didn’t come back for years (we travel through this area 4-12 times a year) and stay one night. Well…the hotel is not great when they give you a room not by the front. No carts unless you are in the front , long hallways, weird layout, twice now we are by the indoor pool…so loud, slamming doors, smell of chlorine (I have asthma) and the carpet in the halls was disgustingly dirty. The room 3/5.

Bad housekeeping. Showers not too clean. Housekeepers act forced to do their job. For some reason our keys stopped working had to get them re programmed. It’s worth it to pay more and stay somewhere newer and nicer.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! They accommodated all our needs. Privided freah towels each morning & would've changed our beds daily but we declined. Location is ideal. You're absolutely right in the middle of the hustle and bustle while staying in a peaceful, serene hotel. I would recommend this place 10/10 times!! Thanks again for the fantastic stay!!
