I had a wonderful stay at the Clarion! The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shopping nearby. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast and how quiet the hotel was at night. The "hot" tub was 86 degrees, went to breakfast at 8 (started at 7) was informed it would be about an hour before it was ready because "we was late", the drug and alcohol abusers surrounding the building was over whelmed, the staff was nice to come fix our tv every time we tried to turn it on.

I need my money back. I could not stay a single night. I had a book for seven nights attached to the hotel was a nightclub, loud music and drunks everywhere. I try to go to my room, but it looked like something in the project. Every other door was open like a drug deal. I looked at the room and went back and gave them the key again. I deserve my money back that’s not what I reserved. Very disappointed.

I didn’t stay @ the hotel I checked in then checked out about 30 minutes later please make the necessary adjustments for refund. Guest was refunded in amount of 72.47 to the card ending with 3776 it is a expedia virtual card. So mam guest paid expedia and expedia paid hotel so in amount of 72.47 was refunded to expedia so mam you have to get refund from expedia. Hotel refunded 72.47 on august 30 2025. Interior of rooms were very clean and updated. Exterior is dated, and hallway carpets were very dirty. If you want a room with an interior door, they will charge extra when you get there, so be aware. It’s not listed or mentioned anywhere at booking.
