The staff was friendly, but difficult for a non-Spanish speaker to fully understand. The building is old, but I think they make a concerted effort at maintaining it and keeping it fresh. The only critique I have is that the owners should budget for better, sound proof glass for the windows in the rooms. We heard all commotion outside when trying to sleep.

Great location at a great price with excellent staff and service. Breakfast included and Parking is nearby which is rarity for Miami Downtown. Only potential issue, one could call out is the noise level (Traffic noise, Party boats). We were woken up a few times, by loud party boats but - it is to be expected in Miami Downtown. As long as people know what to expect they will have a great experience.

The location is close to the cruise terminals and Miami downtown. Many restaurants and the Bayfront Park are within walking distance. The room we were in is fronting a few overpasses, therefore, the traffic noises are quite loud through the window.
