The staff was friendly, but difficult for a non-Spanish speaker to fully understand. The building is old, but I think they make a concerted effort at maintaining it and keeping it fresh. The only critique I have is that the owners should budget for better, sound proof glass for the windows in the rooms. We heard all commotion outside when trying to sleep.

We never checked in! We cam in at 2 am for the night attendant said our reservation was for the next day at3pm. I triple checked the date. They were booked so we had to drive 45 more to find a room. She was so unfriendly and rude when asked information about a refund.

Great location. Little to no parking but the room was good, it was quiet, bed was good. We faced the river so it was nice to watch the boats come through. Front desk was slow but very nice. The breakfast was good. I would definitely do again. One note, if you go to bayside area, walk along the river. Much more scenic route.

Rooms could use a update. Staff was good. Cruise shuttle was not helpful, since we were told that shuttle was only available once, had to catch a uber to get to our boat. Breakfast was not the greatest.

The tub faucet was in bad shape, but the most egregious problem was that the website did not indicate that parking was not included! This added an additional $50 per night to our stay which apparently was a special event rate because when we left, a sign indicating valet parking for $25 was displayed. We picked this hotel because of reasonable pricing, so an unexpected $50 per night is fraudulent advertising! I don't appreciate the deception, and I will NOT stay at a Comfort Inn again!
