The staff was friendly, but difficult for a non-Spanish speaker to fully understand. The building is old, but I think they make a concerted effort at maintaining it and keeping it fresh. The only critique I have is that the owners should budget for better, sound proof glass for the windows in the rooms. We heard all commotion outside when trying to sleep.

The hotel wasn’t dirty, it’s just run down and below average for what they’re charging. The pool was just not good, like a pool from a run down apartment complex. I wish I would have taken a picture of the pool towels. I wouldn’t use them to wipe the floors. The location was convenient and walking distance to restaurants and downtown. I will say the front desk staff was very nice. Neitha was especially helpful. So if you’re looking for a place to sleep and don’t care about hotel quality this is pretty good. I wouldn’t go back.

We are a family of five and found the room to be exceptionally clean and very spacious. Check in was easy. The pool was on the cooler side. The buffet breakfast was good and had enough selections to satisfy kids and adults. There was not much seating available but most likely because it was the morning a cruise as departing. Conveniently located to the river walk which was very nice along with a free metro ride to some nice restaurants.

One person at the front desk was incapable of speaking clearly. One was delightful and stepped in. We arrived in the large room to an overwhelming smell of chlorine. We were on the 11th floor, no where near the pool at ground level. Our throats and noses immediately began burning. We went to the desk and asked them to have maintenance come because something was CLEARLY wrong. They said they would send housekeeping. Since there were no windows, I explained I didn't feel that would suffice. I felt it was unsafe for my daughters and i to sleep in that room. They had no other rooms available. We went to get some.food, and made a reservation elsewhere. We returned to get our luggage (the room still smelled like chlorine, plus air freshener.)

The room was the wrist I’ve ever stayed in. Small crappy bathroom and not nice at all. The lobby was packed, hot and not in the best area. The breakfast was not good, probably worst free breakfast I’ve had. I based my stay off reviews and I would not say again.

We were put in a room with noisy air conditioning, we asked for someone to come and look at it, this never happened. The next day I asked if we could change rooms as we were on the busy side with all of the traffic noise and delivery vehicles outside at 3am, again nothing was done. Breakfast buffet is terrible. Bar says 3pm - 11pm daily but wasn’t open at 7pm when we arrived back at the hotel. Overall it’s a dated noisy uncomfortable hotel.

La verdad es un hotel que está bien ubicado pero lo que pagas solo es la ubicación es un hotel viejo y se nota en sus elevadores, baños, teles viejas (sin you tube ni apps), la gente atiende como si les estuvieras haciendo un favor quedarse en el hotel. La verdad no vuelvo a quedarme.
