Good evening Traci, My apologies to hear that your stay was not what you were expecting and that we weren't able to full accommodate you and your party. Our agents are usually very consistent on informing our guests that are pool is closed for renovations. In the meantime, we have partnered with the Hyatt Regency who allow our guests so use there pool since they are right next to us. We hope to get the pool back open sometime this year.
