"This hotel property is right smack dab in the middle of a massive homeless camp. The neighborhood is extremely sketchy, extremely filthy and smells of urine. The ground is littered with needles human waste and everything in between. NOT PET FRIENDLY, unless it’s a service animal and the “pool” is this size of your apt bathtub. We only picked this spot since it was close walking distance to the venue we had tickets to, completely unaware of the reality of the neighborhood. Lesson learned, do better research on where you’re staying. I will say that Patricia at the front desk was very kind and did her best to accommodate us, thank you! However I will never return. "
