I loved this cute hotel. It is so historic and the elevator is definitely an experience! The staff was amazing and so lovely. I would 100% go again. And as a female traveler with my partner we felt extremely safe and welcomed.

The stay was good the room was comfortable and clean the staff was helpful but we didn’t need much. The biggest downside is the expense of the restaurant and coffee shop in the casino since there was no breakfast or coffee.

The room was clean. Luckily the heat or air conditioning was not needed as the thermostat cover was missing. Parking was well defined and close. Had a brief interaction with the staff at checkin so no complaints there.
