The rooms were clean the staff at check-in and serving in all the hotel amenities like the library bar and the gift shop were really friendly. In the evenings when you arrive late, you have to show your room key to prove that their safety at the hotel and they will not just allow anybody in. They do have a $35 a day resort fee but that gives you $35 credit at any of the amenity or gift shop or bars or restaurants plus you get two complementary bottles of water every day to offset the cost, I really enjoyed my stay at the grand Sheraton and would highly recommend."
