It was in a great area, the hotel room was spacious. The only bag thing was the heater. We couldn’t get it to come on so the room was cold. The dial was too high for us to read. The staff was courteous, helpful,and nice.

We wish you had informed us while in house as we would have come to the room and addressed the heat issue immediately. Perhaps your thermostat wasn't set properly as we have not had any heat issues that we are aware of. We could have shown you how to operate it so you could set it how you preferred. All thermostats are placed where you there is access so not sure why you were not able to see or adjust yours but again our sincere apologies for any inconvenience. We are not sure what room you are referring due to your anonymity but if you would be kind enough to write us back with your name we would be able to follow up We appreciate your very much business and hope to have you back with us again. Staff was outstanding, helpful and informative. I had two rooms, one for myself and one for my adult children. While the rooms were very clean & appointed nicely my children’s room (207) had no heat and the toilet continually clogged. We didn’t return to the hotel until after midnight and the decked arranged for two portable heaters which had a minimal affect on the rooms temp. There was no knowledge of the situation at the desk when I checked out and the clerk seem surprised but offered nothing more than a less than so dere “I’m sorry”. As I’m looking to make this a yearly Christmas tradition, you have to do better than an “I’m sorry”. Undecided as to a return to this hotel.

It was fun to have a clear view of the Empire State Building from our room. Without question, the biggest plus to this property is its central location, particularly if you're a walker. I wouldn't hesitate recommending the hotel. The continental breakfast is a bit skimpy, as such things generally are, but the pastries were really quite good. None of those pastries wrapped in plastic packaging. The only drawback is the elevator, which can be a bit slow to reach you.

It was close for walking. Just a few,blocks to Empire State Building..neRby eateries not too expensive Handy to have their continental breakfast but thought there would have more choices...like yogert and hard boiled eggs would recommend it

We do not have a food or beverage outlet on property and have the items delivered fresh each morning. We advertise and offer an American Continental breakfast which consists of fresh ground Starbucks coffee, Lipton tea, apple and orange juices, whole apples and bananas, and assorted danish, croissants, muffins, donuts and bagels with cream cheese and jellies. Quick check in, cute room and ok breakfast. Since it is right off Broadway, it was very loud. I live in NYC and am used to the noise and was bothered by the noise in this room. It was also a corner room which was neat but the sign for the hotel was very bright even with the blinds closed. Most importantly, my son woke up with a small rash on his face. By afternoon it had spread all over his body. I'm not sure what type of products they use or if the sheets weren't cleaned prior to our stay. Something to consider.

We are an extremely clean hotel and change our sheets daily and are confident that it did not originate from our linens. NYC is also a very loud city but we have double panned glass in all of our rooms to help buffer the noise but apologize if the outside noise impacted your stay with us. Thank you for your business.
