The property was overall a good experience. The rooms were clean and pretty spacious. The staff was friendly and the location was super close to the yellow line 28th street station. My only gripes are 1. espresso machine in the room rather than a coffee maker ( most of the coffee shops nearby don’t open until 7am or later so early rising coffee addicts beware) 2. While the room was pretty modern the bathrooms could use some updates. Shower water pressure was alright but I did see construction teams during my stay so possibly being addressed. Overall I’d recommend especially for anyone looking to be in the Flatiron/midtown area.

We are just about to finish our first renovated guestroom floor as we are renovating all guestrooms, bathrooms and hallways and when completed will be a 4 star hotel in all aspects. We recently renovated the lobby and exterior which are 4 star quality as well. Regarding the coffee, in addition to the Nespresso coffee machines in the rooms, we also have self serve 24 hour fresh ground Starbucks coffee and Lipton tea available in the 4th floor lounge which we informed you of at check in . There is also a full service 24 hour deli 1 block from the hotel if you wanted other options. We hope to see you back with us again in the very near future. Have a fantastic day!.

I was a bit reluctant about a hotel in NYC. Everyone said small, loud and expensive. The Broadway Plaza was a pleasant surprise. The room was big enough to have your luggage out, to walk around in. The bath - not huge, but not bad. The hotel has gone through and I'm told further rennovations. The room was clean. The lobbies and elevators nice. Modern. Everyone I interfaced with on the staff was super friendly and helpful. Doormen. Front desk. Maides. All wonderful. The location - a block from the subway. Could see the Empire State building spire from our room! Lots of dining near by. I was surprised it was fairly quiet. Did not hear other guests. The street and subway noise wasn't really an issue. Construction ...you could hear after 7:30 or 8 in the morning. Theo nly thing I could hear was either the subway or the elevator counter weights in the night. There were water bottles and coffee in the room - refilled every day. You pay $9 for it...no gym - but oyu don't pay a $25-45 "resort fee" either! I didn't touch the TV - who watches TV when you're in NY?! No breakfast or restaurant. Though, they did have tea and a few things. Very happy. i'd stay there again in a heart beat.

Great location, clean and spacious rooms, and friendly staff. I thought the “resort fee” which is mandatory, and includes water and coffee was strange, being that I’ll bring my own and save the $, and would have loved breakfast to be included, but you can’t have everything. There was quite a bit of remodeling going on, but I didn’t hear any noise and in fact, traffic noise was very little. Beds were comfy and I would definitely stay here again! Parking is also convenient and reasonable compared to some other lots nearby.

I loved the customer service. They were friendly and very efficient! Check in was super fast and so was check out. The doormen were very helpful. We could see the Empire State building from our window, which was cool. We slept like babies on the comfy mattresses. We walked everywhere bc we were in a convenient location. Will be staying there again on our return next month😊
