We wish you had informed us while in house as we would have come to the room and addressed the heat issue immediately. Perhaps your thermostat wasn't set properly as we have not had any heat issues that we are aware of. We could have shown you how to operate it so you could set it how you preferred. All thermostats are placed where you there is access so not sure why you were not able to see or adjust yours but again our sincere apologies for any inconvenience. We are not sure what room you are referring due to your anonymity but if you would be kind enough to write us back with your name we would be able to follow up We appreciate your very much business and hope to have you back with us again. Hi; Thank you for your business and for taking the time to share your comments. We apologize if we did not meet your expectations for the complimentary continental breakfast. We do not have a food or beverage outlet on property and have the items delivered fresh each morning. We advertise and offer an American Continental breakfast which consists of fresh ground Starbucks coffee, Lipton tea, apple and orange juices, whole apples and bananas, and assorted danish, croissants, muffins, donuts and bagels with cream cheese and jellies. Hi; Thank you for your comments. We apologize for any inconvenience but with in all fairness, think that some of your comments are misleading. We are an extremely clean hotel and change our sheets daily and are confident that it did not originate from our linens. NYC is also a very loud city but we have double panned glass in all of our rooms to help buffer the noise but apologize if the outside noise impacted your stay with us. Thank you for your business.
