We have stayed at another property down the street that wasn’t adults only so we though we would give Le Blanc a try. Our room at this property is extremely clean and organized. We upgraded the room but was still a bit smaller than I was expecting. The balcony area was nice but just had basic seating. After you check in you are moved to another person that offers you more spa credit if you will sit thru the time share talk. There are 4 pools with the main pool looking out over the water but to get seats at this pool or get a cabana you better set your alarm to be out there when the sun comes up. The waterfront pool is also stacked 3 rows deep with chairs and has a section reserved for black diamond guests only (timeshare I assume). We would order about the same drinks throughout the day by the pool and very rarely would they come out the same 2 times in a row. We had 2-3 different servers at the pool each instead of one person so this might explain the differences in drinks. They also rotate the staff to different pools most days so you more than likely won’t have the same person from day to day. Along par for drinks you would expect at a lower star all-inclusive resort. The girl organizing the pool activates was great every day she’s a great ambassador for the resort. You make dinner reservations thru you floors butler and my experience is they always wanted to seat us at 8:30 or 9:00 for dinner instead of around 7:00 that we requested. This is a lovey property and perhaps the nicest of the Palace group. There are many nice choices for dining, and the people are very nice. For the most part, this is a very good place with high end immenties. It's going to be one the nicest places most of the guests have ever visited. However: - You really can't swim or snorkel due to cold water and dangerous currents. - It's a larger property. While they try to be a 5 Star location, that's nearly impossible at this scale and we had misses (minor) every day. This falls short of the level they aim for.
